Legal Update: Form I-9

A new I-9 Form has been issued by the government and it must be used by November 1st. So please delete or discard any old versions of the form for new hires as you will need to download the new version and utilize that. By November 1st any and all new hires must complete this new version. The new version can be found here.

Additionally, if you use E-Verify, there is now remote verification flexibility for qualified employers, which may be you. More information on this and the overall changes can be found here.
